Hotels, transfers, meals, city tours and local organization for groups visiting Harvard.
Harvard is in Cambridge, Massachusetts, across the Charles River from Boston, and was founded in 1636. Harvard Yard, the museums and Harvard Square sit within a short walk of each other, which makes the area well suited to group visits.
Visitlandia does not teach, sell or represent Harvard programs. We manage the travel side for groups that come to Boston to visit the university or take part in a course there: hotel, transfers, meals, city tours and local organization, with one contact for the whole stay.
Travel and event logistics for alumni groups visiting Cambridge: hotels, transfers, group dining, city touring and reunion-weekend support. Alumni events are organized by the relevant alumni association or school, not by Visitlandia.
For participants who travel to Cambridge for a course, we manage lodging, transportation, meals and local organization. Enrollment, admission and certificates are handled by the institution that offers the program.
Family and student travel built around the university's own admissions visits, which are booked directly with the university. For independent time we can add a guided walk of publicly accessible areas. It is not an admissions tour.
Study trips to Boston and Cambridge with museums, historic sites and city touring. Academic content, speakers and department or lab visits are requested separately and depend on the host institution's approval. Access is not guaranteed.
Delegation travel to Cambridge and Boston. Visits to companies, labs or institutions are requested separately and depend on the host's approval. We cannot promise a specific meeting.
An illustration only. We build each day from your brief, and every visit is subject to the host institution's availability.
A free, student-led public walking tour of the Yard, 45 to 60 minutes. It is a historical tour, not an admissions tour. Registration is required and each party is limited to 10 people, so larger groups cannot use it.
For larger groups, Harvard lets registered private tour providers lead tours of up to 35 people through the Yard, one tour per provider per day, under Harvard's Yard Use Agreement. We arrange this with a registered provider, subject to access and approval.
Free admission. Groups of eight or more must register, at least three weeks ahead, and are split into subgroups of 18 or fewer in the galleries.
Both museums have group-visit pages. We arrange the booking and timing.
Visitor rules above come from each institution's published pages as of October 2026. They change, so we re-confirm them for your dates. Visitlandia manages the travel and local organization of your group. It does not offer, sell or represent any university program.
