Visitlandia LLC acts as an independent travel advisor. We are not a travel agency in the traditional sense and do not directly operate airlines, hotels, vessels, or other travel services. All bookings made on your behalf are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the relevant third-party suppliers.
Our role is to provide you with expert guidance, curated recommendations, and logistical support for your travel. The advisory relationship begins upon your written or digital confirmation of engagement and ends upon the conclusion of your trip or as otherwise agreed.
You acknowledge that travel recommendations are based on information available at the time of planning. Visitlandia LLC makes no guarantee that specific properties, experiences, or arrangements will be available, and reserves the right to recommend alternatives of equivalent or superior quality.
Any advice, recommendation, or information provided by Visitlandia LLC is offered in good faith based on our professional experience and knowledge. Final decisions regarding travel arrangements remain your responsibility.
Service Fees. Visitlandia LLC may charge planning or advisory fees for its services. Any applicable fees will be disclosed to you in writing prior to engagement. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Supplier Payments. Payments for hotels, flights, charters, and other travel products are made directly to the respective suppliers or through Visitlandia LLC acting on your behalf. By authorizing a booking, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the supplier's payment terms.
Deposits. Many travel suppliers require non-refundable deposits to confirm reservations. These deposits are subject to the supplier's terms and conditions, and Visitlandia LLC is not liable for their loss in the event of cancellation.
Currency. All fees quoted by Visitlandia LLC are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Supplier costs may be subject to currency fluctuations.
Cancellation by Client. If you cancel a trip or any component of a booking, cancellation fees imposed by suppliers will apply. These may include partial or full forfeiture of funds paid. Visitlandia LLC's planning or advisory fees are non-refundable upon cancellation.
Cancellation by Supplier. In the event that a supplier cancels a service, Visitlandia LLC will assist you in seeking a refund or alternative arrangement in accordance with the supplier's policies. Visitlandia LLC is not liable for refunds owed by third-party suppliers.
Travel Insurance. We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and supplier insolvency. Visitlandia LLC is not responsible for losses that could have been mitigated by appropriate travel insurance.
Force Majeure. Visitlandia LLC is not liable for cancellations or changes arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visitlandia LLC's total liability to you in connection with our services shall not exceed the advisory fees paid by you to Visitlandia LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
