Hotels, transfers, meals, city tours and local organization for groups visiting Boston University.
Boston University's Charles River Campus runs along Commonwealth Avenue in Boston, close to Kenmore Square and Fenway, and the university was founded in 1839. Unlike Cambridge, it sits inside the city, so a campus visit is easy to combine with Boston's museums, harbor and neighborhoods.
Visitlandia does not teach, sell or represent Boston University programs. We manage the travel side for groups that come to Boston to visit the university or take part in a course there: hotel, transfers, meals, city tours and local organization, with one contact for the whole stay.
Travel and event logistics for alumni groups visiting Boston: hotels, transfers, group dining and city touring. Alumni events are organized by the relevant alumni office or school, not by Visitlandia.
For participants who travel to Boston for a course, we manage lodging, transportation, meals and local organization. Enrollment, admission and certificates are handled by the institution that offers the program.
Boston University Admissions group tours are for high school-age students, in groups of 10 to 50, with one chaperone per 15 students. They are booked directly with BU. We plan the trip around the booked tour.
Study trips that combine Boston museums, history and city touring. Academic content, speakers and department visits are requested separately and depend on the host institution's approval. Access is not guaranteed.
Delegation travel to Boston. Visits to companies, labs or institutions are requested separately and depend on the host's approval. We cannot promise a specific meeting.
An illustration only. We build each day from your brief, and every visit is subject to the host institution's availability.
